Q: How long is the shipping?

A: 10-15 days. Due to the high demand for some of our most popular products, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

  • The estimated shipping time does not include possible customs delays.
  • The general and specific holidays in the destination country are not taken into account.
  • We can not be held responsible for missing the estimated delivery periods.
  • In the case of product returns, delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: How long before I receive my goods?

A: All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most of orders leave the warehouse 2-5 days after payment.

A: Yes within 30 days of purchase. The product must be sent back in its original package and intact.
